Legal aspects of gastronomic tourism development in Ukraine

The article is devoted to some legal aspects of the development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine. It provides analysis on the condition and prospects of legislative support for the development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine. It provides research on the peculiarities of providing services in the field of gastronomic tourism by private farms.
The problem of legal regulation of registration of facilities for the production and / or circulation of food by persons who provide food to tourists is raised. It is concluded that the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Basic Principles and Requirements for Food Safety and Quality» regarding the registration of such facilities do not apply to owners of personal farms.
