THE ESSENCE AND PRINCIPLES EFFICIENCY OF STATE CONTROL
Abstract
The article examines the nature and principles of the effectiveness of state control. The relation of efficiency, the goal and the result achieved in the state control. The author draws attention to the appropriate selection of the system performance state control of quantitative, qualitative and effective components. We give the principles of system performance state control and disclosed their content.
