PROSPECTS OF LAW OF UKRAINE IN THE FIELD OF LAND USE AND PROTECTION IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The article examines the prospects and directions of the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of control over land use and protection, done prospective analysis of legislation in this area, analyzed the activity of control and inspection bodies in land resources and ways to improve its regulation in Ukraine, studied the legal state control the use and protection of land in Ukraine, studies proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of control over land use and protection.
Administrative jurisdiction, state control over the use and protection of land, management activities in the field of rational use and protection of land in Ukraine, control and inspection bodies in the sphere of land resources in Ukraine, development of legislation, improvement of law regulations.
