Abstract

Проаналізовано сутність, зміст і напрями контрольної та наглядової діяльності державних структур за додержанням законодавства про звернення громадян. Конкретизовано обсяг і межі компетенції керівних органів внутрішніх справ щодо здійснення контролю та органів Прокуратури України щодо здійснення нагляду за додержанням законодавства про звер­нення громадян.

Звернення громадян, органи внутрішніх справ, управлінські відносини, відомчий контроль, прокурорський нагляд.
