Abstract
Предметом наукового інтересу в рамках цієї роботи стали теоретико-правові аспекти діяльності української держави щодо реалізації прав людини. Одними з головних проблем, порушених у статті, є чинники, що негативно впливають на реалізацію прав людини, їх класифікація та шляхи вдосконалення діяльності щодо реалізації прав і свобод людини.
