ДИНАМІКА РОЗВИТКУ ПІЛЬГОВОГО СТРАХУВАННЯ В СІЛЬСЬКОМУ ГОСПОДАРСТВІ (Росія, Білорусь, Україна)
Abstract
У статті з урахуванням останніх змін законодавства досліджено динаміку розвитку інституту пільгового страхування в сільському господарстві Росії, Білорусі та України. При цьому за основу аналізу використано теорію про складні зобов’язання, підґрунтя якої становить майновий інтерес учасників відносин.
Пільгове страхування суб’єктів сільського господарства, складне зобов’язання, майновий інтерес суб’єктів сільського господарства, компонент-договір, компонент-субсидія, державна підтримка сільського господарства.
