Abstract
Розглянуто режим державних заставних закупівель сільськогосподарської продукції як один із видів державної підтримки аграрних товаровиробників. Проведено аналіз відповідного законодавства і наукової літератури та внесено пропозиції щодо удосконалення чинного законодавства з цього питання.
