AND GUARD OF RESORTS AND CURATIVELY-HEALTH LOCALITIE

Abstract. The article is devoted doslidzhennnyu modern theoretical and practical problems of application of legal liability for the violation of the legal regime resorts and medical ozdorovnyh areas (zones) as natural sites and areas to be protected.
The paper stated that the persons guilty of committing violations of the law of the resorts at the same time bringing them to administrative, criminal or disciplinary or prosecution regardless of the measures can be applied vidpovidalnosti. Вecause property taxes or special techniques for therapeutic areas and objects -sanitary such legislation Ukraine does not imply pity that caused such offenses calculated on general grounds stipulated by the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Based on the research that can make generalizations, because of the imperfection of the current legislation there is a problem with law enforcement use and health resorts and therapeutic localities. Therefore, in view of these factors, it is reasonable proposal to take urgent measures to strengthen administrative and criminal liability; improving procedures for the imposition of appropriate penalties; adoption of a special methodology for determining the amount of compensation in case of damage to natural medicinal resources.
