Historical background sharing of land in Ukraine
Zaplitnya I.
Abstract. The article analyzes the political, economic and social conditions, with the onset of which there is a need of sharing of land in Ukraine. The study determined that the political pre requisites for sharing landin Ukraine became a political change of power, the independence of Ukraine, the need toup date the legislation. Economic – the desire of individual samassl arge areas of agricultural land, and social - tocreate a new segment of the population – land owners.
