THE CONCEPT AND RECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGIME OF LANDS OF THE NATIONAL ECOSYSTEM OF UKRAINE
Abstract
Summary.The articleanalyses scientific and theoretical approaches to the concept legal regime of lands and legal regime of certain categories of lands which are parts of the structural elements of the national ecosystem. The author’s view of the concept of legal regime of lands ofecosystem of Ukraine has been given on their basis. The peculiarities of legal regime of lands have been highlighted.
