SEPARATE QUESTIONS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE SPHERE OF STATE ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION CONTROL AND SUPERVISION IN CONDITIONS OF DECENTRALIZATION
Abstract
Abstract. In the article, on the basis of theoretical and legal sources, separate issues of management in the sphere of state architectural and construction control and supervision. Was disclosed the features of the legal regulation of the formation of management bodies in the field of research. Analyses national normative-legal acts which are a basis for the process of decentralization of power.Was analyzed the application of International schemes of decentralization and deconcentration of power.Was proposed separate provisions for the improvement of legislation in the sphere of state architectural and construction control and supervision.
