The article describes the role of legal culture in the construction of the rule of law, the formation of civil society, in the history of mankind and in the life of an individual. Attention is focused on the need to identify the main parts of the structure of legal culture through the structure of culture as a systemic phenomenon using the principle of isomorphism. The proposed structure will allow to expand the space for further studies of the structure of legal culture and will give impetus to the General theoretical analysis of its individual structural parts, which will contribute to the implementation of national security policy in the socio-economic, political and regional spheres of public life, preservation of historical heritage and national identity of Ukraine, overcoming internal and external threats to its sustainable state and legal development.
According to the results of the study, there is no unified theory of understanding and analysis of the structure of legal culture in the domestic legal science. When describing the structure of legal culture, it is better to show it through the structure of the generic concept. The analysis of the structure of culture as a systemic phenomenon from the objective, subjective and normative side is carried out. Using the principle of isomorphism, the structure of legal culture is divided into three parts – objective (legal activity), subjective (legal position) and normative (legal regulators).
Key words: culture, structure of culture, structure of legal culture, life activity, consciousness, life, activity, activity processes, position, life position.
