On the specific questions of legislative support of modern agricultural production

It was considered the issue of legislative provision of modern agricultural production in the aspect of its sustainable development. The state of legislation, which ensures functioning of agricultural production in modern conditions, is analyzed, its features and features are singled out. It is emphasized and thoroughly considered such features as the absence of a single special regulatory legal act, the standards of which would be regulated relations in the field of sustainable development of agricultural production, quantity, complexity, dynamism, actualization of the importance of norms of international legal nature, etc. It is established that the legislation in the investigated sphere is a huge volume of complex array of normative material, both from the sphere of agrarian law and other branches of national law and needs improvement. It is determined that improvement should take place in such a way that normative legal acts ensure the quality and stability of regulation, as well as consistency and systematic. It was noted that the qualitative legislative and legislative activity should be considered, as a result of which an efficient and effective mechanism of legal provision of sustainable development of agricultural production will be created. The adoption of the Law of Ukraine «About the Sustainable Development of Rural Areas» is proposed, the separate section of which should be devoted to the regulation of relations in the field of sustainable development of agricultural production, its structure has been developed.
