Intersectoral links of the natural resource law system

The article deals with the study of inter-branch links of the system of natural resource law with other elements of the system of law through the analysis of their inter-sectoral interaction, inter-sectoral mutual influence, inter-sectoral legal regulation and conflict management. It is determined that the study of the institute of interbranch relations of the system of natural resources law should lead ultimately to highly effective regulation of legal relations in the field of use and reproduction of natural resources and to ensure stability and stability of the whole system of natural resources law and legislation.
Intersectoral links provide the interaction of natural resource law with other elements of the legal system, aimed at regulating natural resource-based social relations, as well as the balance between different legal branches in order to eliminate conflicts within the law. Intersectoral links of natural resources law have two directions of influence on social relations: the first is aimed at interaction with other branches of law and their elements in order to achieve a certain right result, the other – to resolve conflicts within the system of law by identifying the actions of one of the conflict industries.
