Subjects of public administration as participants administrative rights relations

The article is devoted to the modern understanding of the essence and content of the subjects of public administration. Through the prism of regulatory regulation, the author comes to the conclusion that in the implementation of public administration involved a wide range of authorized public administration subjects, which are endowed with different content and scope of administrative authority.
