Administrative and legal status appeals courts in Ukraine: analysis of its elements

The article deals with the concept of administrative and legal status of appellate courts in Ukraine. Attention is drawn to its structural elements. It is determined that the administrative and legal status of appellate courts in Ukraine is characterized by the fact that its basis are its elements. Among the main elements are the powers and functions of appellate courts.
