The actual problems of prevention of smokers crime

Considering the problems of juvenile delinquency in Ukraine, it should be noted that it is part of general crime in society and develops under the influence of the same factors as crime in general. But there are certain properties that affect its criminological indicators: state, dynamics and level of crime.
Therefore, the creation of a reliable and effective system for the prevention of crimes among minors will enable to solve many social problems and ensure reduction of crime in the future and strengthening of law and order in general in the state.
