Criminal responsibility for criminal violations of organ or transplantation procedures or human tissues: problems and ways of their solution

The articleis devoted to the investigation of the crime, stipulated by Art. 143 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, aswel lasissuesrelated totransplantology legislation in Ukraine. The scientific publications of domestic scientists are analyzed in detail and already onown conclusions, in the article the ways of solving problems of this sphere are offered.
