Legal position as a subjective part of legal culture: to a propounding question

The article outlines the role of legal culture in overcoming internal and external threats to sustainable state and legal development of Ukraine. Attention is focused on the need to intensify scientific and legal research in the direction of developing a common cultural and legal policy of the state, in particular through the theoretical and legal study of the legal position as an subjective part of legal culture.
According to the results of the study, it is established that in the national legal science there are no complex theoretical and legal studies of the concept of «legal position». When characterizing the legal culture, it is better to show it through the generic concept of «life position». The analysis of such concepts as life, position, value, evaluation, value attitudes, value orientations, worldview, experience, reality is carried out. The concept of life position and legal position is formulated.
