Conservation of biodiversity and restoration of natural ecosystems in the territory of Kherson region: legal problems and ways of their solution

The article discusses the value of biodiversity, priority areas for biodiversity conservation, protection and protection of ecosystems, restoration of natural ecosystems, and state support. It is considered and analysed normatively is the legal providing, in relation to maintenance of biovariety in Ukraine.
Biodiversity is one of the most important assets of every state, because living organisms perform vital functions and are indicators of all environmental changes. Therefore, biodiversity changes are one of the most dangerous changes and are irreversible. Biodiversity loss is one of the global environmental problems.
Biodiversity conservation is a complex and complex program. Their successful solution depends on many scientific, legal, environmental, organizational, financial, ethical, educational measures, etc. These tasks are part of the global conception of the strategy and tactics of human survival.
