Administrative responsibility as an effective mechanism of legal regulation in breeding affairs in animal husbandry

The article describes the problems of administrative responsibility in breeding affairs in animal husbandry of Ukraine. The analysis of the rules of the Code of Administrative Offenses and other normative legal acts providing legal regulation in the specified field. The study found that national legislation governing administrative responsibility for offenses in breeding affairs has a number of gaps.
The attention is paid to the need to improve the institution of administrative responsibility for offenses in this area, outlines ways to overcome existing gaps in the current legislation.
