The article is devoted to the research of problems of adaptation of national legislation to the norms of EU law, lack of quality mechanism, which slows down the process of implementation.
The environmental well-being of the population depends on the regularity of waste management and the role of government agencies in controlling these activities. Particular attention is paid to the overriding objective of learning from the experience of the European Union countries in an environment of crisis, by creating a qualitative mechanism and achieving the main result - to enrich national legislation with the provisions of European norms of waste rights and obligations.
EU directives are model for the reconstruction of national rules of law and therefore adaptation should be made taking into account the specificities of our country's legal system but implemented in accordance with EU principles and approaches.
