Problems of legal support of the principle of landscape approach in nature management

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of legal provision of the principle of landscape approach in nature management, which will change the approaches to the use of natural resources taking into account the negative consequences of human intervention in the course of natural processes. It is determined that the legal registration of the principle of landscape approach in nature management will ensure unity, integrity, complexity of natural resource relations, coherence and balance of interests in nature management, implementation of sustainable development ideas, and adoption of relevant legal acts.
