The article is devoted to the study of privatization processes at state enterprises, including facilities of strategic importance for the economy and security of the state.
The article study found that the replenishment of the budget through privatization is not justified by the damage caused to the state. The losses and risks of destruction of such strategically important enterprises for the country are much higher than the profits from privatization.
Factors that are the result of the negative impact on privatization have been identified, and this system of shortcomings poses a threat to the national interests and economic security of the state.
In general, the study found that the level of regulatory regulation of the principles of privatization of state property is such that leads to a weakening of the system of state regulation and control in the field of privatization.
Keywords: privatization, privatization, strategic enterprises, change of organizational and legal form, decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine in the field of privatization
