To the question of development of organizational and legal provision jury activity in Ukraine

The article deals with the organizational and supporting principles of the activity of the jury as the component of judicial control. The normative acts on the judicial management in the ensuring of the activity of the jury is analyzed, the directions of organizational support of the jury activity provided by the subjects of judicial management are revealed and systematized, as well as the existing issues and ways of their solution are determined.
