Анотація

The paper describes a method of determining the economic efficiency of mechanization of primary processing of milk cooperatives in individual farms. Determine the conditions under which the mechanization of cleaning, cooling, temporary storage and the implementation of quality in line with national standards of milk produced by individual manufacturers is cost-effective. As an example, the results of the calculation of the proportion of annual income of the primary processing of milk, depending on the productivity of cows, the concentration of livestock in the cooperative and market conditions for the realization of the product.
