Abstract
HEAT EXCHANGE FOR THE FORMING OF SLEEVE POLYMERIC TAPE
V. Gorobets
The effective and approved methods of cooling of sleeve or flat polymeric tapes that is formed from fusion of polymer by the method of extrusion are or stream flowing around of surface of tape by blasts, or cooling of tape on the surface of metallic drum. The known engineering methods of calculation of heat exchange of the systems of the stream cooling are based on the use of criterion dependences, just only for some modes of cooling, limit of applicability of that, realizations of experimental researches limited to the terms. Similar dependences do not take into account, for example, such important factors as unevenness of distribution of local coefficients of heat emission for surfaces, nonisotermic surfaces of tape, presence of that can be torn off zones near drawplate and other factors. The use over in the calculations of such rough suppositions can bring to the considerable errors at determination of temperature conditions of polymeric tape and does not allow with sufficient exactness to design the cooling system, and also define waysintensifications of heat exchange and increases of the productivity of cool devices.
An aim of researches is development of mathematical model and numeral calculation of processes of transfer at the stream air cooling of sleeve polymeric tape.
The worked out mathematical model and conducted numeral calculation of processes of heat exchange are at forming of sleeve polymeric tape. There are analysed hydrodynamic terms of flowing around of polymeric tape at the air cooling of ї surface by the stream currents of air. As a result of numeral calculations temperature distributions are got on length of polymeric tape and the areas of her crystallization are found. Comparison of calculation and experimental data is conducted and they are got satisfactory/
