Abstract
STUDY OF TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEMES WORK TOWER OF WATER SUPPLY
V. Vasilenkov, A. Chupryna
The feature of using water tower water systems is the high stability and reliability of water supply management. This is due to the fact that tanks are raised above the ground towers that have a large enough supply of water. Automation of pump equipment can increase the reliability and continuity of supply, reduce labor costs and operating costs, size regulating reservoirs.
For automation of pump equipment except apparatus of general application (contactors, magnetic starters, switches, intermediate relays) are special devices management and control, such as level control relay, relay control fills centrifugal pumps, jet relay, float switches, level switch electrode, different gauges, capacitive sensors, and more.
Automation of pumps and pumping stations usually comes down to control submersible electric pumps for the water level in the tank or pressure in the pressure pipe. Noteworthy consideration flowsheet automatic water system using groundwater and sources of the submersible pump.
The purpose of the work. Research flowsheet of automatic water system using groundwater and sources of the submersible pump.
Materials and methods of research. Systems and schemes of water supply, water pumping principles of automation systems
Results. The main components of water supply tower, which determines their technological scheme of work is the tower and Rozhnovsky electric submersible unit. Submersible motor in a monoblock with multistage pump is fixed at water pipes and lowered into the well. Pipes hung to the plate installed indoors wells made of a casing diameter of 100 ...450 mm. Electric performing dry, moist and filled with oil or water. The most common motors filled with water. Lubricate the bearings or plastic-metal cuffs also water. To sum up the electric cable, at water pipes fixed clamps. Sucking of a grid for the detention of large impurities in the water. Buck tower performing welded sheet steel and installed on brick, concrete or metal support. To sum up the tank pressure-adjustable pipe. The end of the pressure tube is brought to the top level, and the removal of water from the tank is through a check valve at the lower level. External tank and the inside staircase equipped with hatch, vent valve sensors spillway pipe, eliminating the overcrowding of the tank water. To put the water supply pressure gauge valves.
The main disadvantage of control in terms of propensity is icing electrode level sensor in the winter, which is why no pump is turned off and transfusion of water from the tank. There are cases of destruction of water towers by Frost large mass of ice on the surface.
Conclusions
The resulting technological and schematic diagrams of automatic water supply system using underground sources of the submersible pump and identified their main weaknesses.
