Підвищення ККД імпульсного джерела живлення

Abstract

Проаналізовано  вторинні джерела  електроживлення зі стабілізацією вихідної напруги  широтно-імпульсним модулятором з транзисторним ключем, який навантажено на вихідний  імпульсний трансформатор. Такі схеми дають можливість досягнути масогабаритних характеристик 300 Вт/дм3 при частоті перетворення до 200 кГц і   ККД до 70%.
