СПЕЦІАЛЬНИЙ ЕЛЕКТРОГІДРАВЛІЧНИЙ РОЗПОДІЛЬНИК
Abstract
Виконано аналіз застосування сучас-них агрегатів з електроуправлінням в різних машинах як агропромислового комплексу, так і в інших галузях народного господарства. Запропоновано схему і роз-роблено конструкцію спеціального моноблочного гідророзподільника ГР20-24Е з електрогідравлічним керуванням. В другому каскаді використано патронне виконання силового каскаду розподільника, що до-зволило спростити конструкцію, підвищити ремонто-придатність і знизити габарити і масу гідравлічної частини. Перший каскад керування розподільним зо-лотником виконано у вигляді двох дросельних щілин типу «кулька-сідло», в яких положення кульок керу-ється електромагнітами. Таке виконання системи ке-рування відрізняється простотою, неможливістю за-клинювання, відсутністю тертя і можливістю отри-мання малих ходів, що забезпечує більш високу на-дійність і зниження потужності для управління елект-ромагнітами.
Внаслідок проведених науково-дослідних і дос-лідно-конструкторських робіт створено електрогідра-влічний розподільник в моноблочному виконанні. Використання розподільного вузла патронного типу та застосування в пілотній частині розподільника дро-сельних щілин з кульковим запірним елементом до-зволило спростити конструкцію гідророзподільника, підвищити його надійність та знизити габарити і масу.
