Digitization is a new concept that has helped the transport industry in planning its route network to increase their efficiency and minimize the environmental impact. In addition, digital platforms will become extremely important in the logistics industry, allowing small businesses to gain global access and compete with big players. Within the logistics industry and the supply chain, there are many losses due to unproductive activities. The importance of low transportation costs and their subsequent impact on the cost of delivering goods repeatedly increases the productivity and cost savings of a company when integrating a VRP solution, thus eliminating any doubts about the relevance of the VRP study.References
