Общие принципы устойчивости энергетических систем
Abstract
Изложены основы теории устойчивости систем, которая может оказаться справедливой при достаточно общих условиях, включая как равновесные, так и неравновесные состояния. Критерии устойчивости основаны на теории Ляпунова об устойчивости механических систем. Нестационарные состояния энтропии определены как функционал Ляпунова.References
