MODELING HEAT TRANSFER IN SOLAR AIR COLLECTORS OF TRANSPIRATION TYPE

Abstract

A mathematical model have been described concerned the heat transfer in transpired solar collector provided with flat porous absorber fabricated from nonweave material. The temperature distributions in the absorber as well, as the collector’s capacities and efficiencies have been calculated depending on air velocities and the solar radiation intensities.
