Технологічна оцінка запасів дуба Закарпаття для використання у бондарному виробництві

Abstract

В статті наведено технологічну оцінку сировинних ресурсів деревини дуба Закарпаття на предмет придатності для виготовлення винних і коньячних бочок. Визначено вміст фенольних та найважливіших ароматоутворюючих речовин у деревині дуба звичайного і скельного. Представлено можливі об’єми заготівель клепкового кряжа.
