INACTIVATION OF MICROORGANISMS BY ELECTRIC FIELDS
Abstract
The basic principles of the inactivation of microorganisms by constant electric fields are discussed. It is shown that applied electric fields can selectively inactivate sensory functions of microorganisms.Downloads
