ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ПАРАМЕТРІВ І РЕЖИМІВ ОБ'ЄМНОГО ПРОМИВАННЯ БІОДИЗЕЛЯ
Abstract
Обгрунтована необхідність очищення біодизеля від лужного каталізатора. Описаний спосіб та приведена методика очищення біодизеля шляхом об'ємного промивання. Встановлене незадовільне очищення біодизеля від каталізатора при об'ємному промиванні. При об'ємному промиванні за допомогою лопатевих мішалок лужність біодизеля з часом зростає, що можна пояснити розбиванням пластинок цитрату калію на більш дрібні в результаті механічного перемішування та поганого їх переходу від шару біодизеля до шару води. Отже, об'ємне промивання протягом чотирьох годин незадовільно звільняє біодизель від каталізатора.
