Destruction of weeds - one of the most important processes required in the complex technology of crop production. In the aspect of sustainability, cost reduction and cost of energy fundamental pre-property, compared with others, has the technology of weed control high voltage pulses with an electrical pulse-tion device (RTD).
There are technologies and technical devices weed control with high voltage industrial pro-frequency sinusoidal current. However, these technologies are more energy-intensive.
The purpose of research - study of principles of construction and functioning electropulse-tion devices to control weeds.
Within the grounds on his different areas of the development of weeds unevenly-dimensional, and the state is not the same. Certain parts of embers takes effort-term treatment, and perform other technological weed destruction operations can be shifted to a later time period.
Thus, in the course of agroprotsessov need dynamic information about changing an object of exposure (weeds). Get this and other similar information is carried out using modern word-tron devices vision placed on fixed structures or mobile land-based mobile objects or flying).
Analysis of the practical application of RTD results allow to uniquely identify the required minimum elements in the technical devices to control weeds electrical pulses of high voltage:
- The primary source of electrical power; block high voltage pulses; working bodies; transport base for the placement and delivery in the field of RTD components;

Formation of the RTD structure is made according to the following Provisions in:
- The need for components that provide complete and effectiveness-tive implementation of processes at different stages of their imple-tion;
- Maximum suppression of internal resources to adapt and combat harmful organisms of plants for survival;
- Account of the prevalence of the natural component of the ATC on technogenic-term;
- Consciously organized adaptation of the parameters of functioning of technological devices under actual and forecast changes in the natural component of the ATC;
- Ensuring the implementation of preventive and anticipatory management of energy resources saving modes of technological equipment,.
Сonclusions
The composition of the RTD as a technical means to support environmentally-friendly production processes, integrated in the technological structure of innovative precision agriculture technology. The composition of the RTD, a structured modular components, is determined depending on the specific technology requirements of the application. In addition, RTD settings are adjusted by the actual conditions imple-tion of running processes, the characteristics of an object impacts.
