To increase the efficiency of machinery and equipment technology systems needed to optimize recovery work based diagnostics and forecasting technical condition that will ensure its high reliability and durability.
To reduce downtime of production lines - for equipment failures number of spare elements should be less than the number of possible failures basic elements. But at the same time will be a long stay in a warehouse of spare parts, resulting in additional costs that are associated with their storage and non-use investment. But the lack of spare time at the right equipment increases the duration of process equipment disabled, the damage inflicted significant production. Therefore, the definition of reasonable stocks of reserve equipment belongs to the technical - economic problems.
One of the possible methods of solving this problem is based on the use of the main provisions of queuing theory.
Rolling systems will continuously change, because failure can occur at any - one time. So are random processes, characterized by a plurality of discrete and continuous time processes. For most processes intervals between the failures of the equipment exponentially distributed with parameters λ and μ.
After determining the probability states can calculate the main indicators of operational reliability of the equipment.
Longer equipment life to failure affect the number of production lines, but does not lead to a reduction in reserve.
The effect of the allowance for the likelihood of no simple technological lines for different values .
Composite index, which affects the efficiency of electrical equipment reserve, is the coefficient ρ. For values ρ> 0,6 increase the reliability of production lines by the creation of this reserve is almost impossible. For small values of ρ buffer required electrical limited number.
Exponential distribution of time spent in different states of the system suggests that the random process Markov will of states.
To simplify the calculations of differential equations, which are determined by the probability of the system being in different states, it is advisable to determine the relationship , and the following conditions are determined by the previous rekuretno.
Find the probability of states of the system can determine the key indicators of operational reliability of production lines biogas plants:
- the average number of lines simple;
- carbon readiness and simple;
- the likelihood that there will be lines;
- the average number of backup equipment.
