The search for the most rational forms and methods of skills formation and skills of students is one of the main objectives of higher educational institutions depends on comprehensive and high-quality training of future specialists.
Alternative real experiment can be modeling.
On qualitatively new level up modeling as a result of developing the methodology of simulation modeling on the computer. Such models allow to simulate the process of operation of the system and to perform calculations and build the necessary characteristics. Simulation models are created for a wide class of objects and processes, and the means of their formal description is universal and special algorithmic languages.
Studies using computer modeling can be done - in different ways: to offer students a task to completion model or conduct its redesign and modification.
The most complete study goes wide problems as a result of simulation using modern technology implemented in specialized computer packages computer modeling.
From a great number of software packages for simulation of particular interest are the universal packages (MatLab, Derive, Maple, etc.), not focused on a specific narrow-special area, and simulating structurally complex systems in various applied areas of technology.
The most important advantage of computer modeling is based on the principle of modern sense and clarity is that by using a software students not only contemplate the phenomenon, process models, which are the objects of study, but also carry out transformative work with these objects, they are not passive observers studied processes and phenomena, as an active influence on their course, with educational - cognitive activity becomes research, creative nature.
The use of computer simulation in the study of the course "Theoretical bases of automation" allows solving following tasks:
- creating a functional model or concept of the device and its editing;
- calculation of the model; calculation time and frequency characteristics of the model;
- evaluation and analysis models;
- accumulation and enrichment of library components;
- presentation of data in a form suitable for further processing;
- preparation of scientific - technical documentation.
In the analysis of existing systems through simulation define resources health, to perform simulation of experimental conditions that may arise in the operation of the system. The creation of such conditions in the current system is complicated and can lead to undesirable consequences.
Efficiency of theoretical studies with a practical perspective will only be when the results with required accuracy and reliability can be represented as a set of "model – algorithm – program computer, suitable for receiving respective characteristics of the process of functioning of the systems studied.
The use of computer modeling creates conditions for studying the discipline "Theoretical bases of automation" in an environment that allows you to ensure the implementation of psycho – pedagogical and scientific requirements that provide the optimal educational process.
