Abstract
REMAINING TENSIONS IN SHH15 STEEL AFTER ION NITRIDING

Causing on the surface of diffusive coverages the method of the ionic nitriding in hydrogen-free environments is by the effective method of increase of wear proofness and longevity of details of machines. In diffusive coverages there are remaining tensions of clench, that positively influence on durability and longevity of construction elements at of stretch, to the tiredness at a bend and pin endurance in the process of the cyclic loading.Remaining tensions are not evenly distributed on the thickness of coverage, but their size and character of distribution depend and follow the technological parameters of process of diffusive satiation. . For practice an extraordinarily large value has determination of size and character of remaining tensions. taking into account material and structural features of details of machines, type of coverages and technology of their causing.

Among existent methods majority of присв?to ячена determination of average of remaining tensions in coverages that turn out the method of besieging, with assumption of them even distribution on a thickness.Considerably less part of methods exists for determination of remaining tensions in diffusive coverages, in that the considerable unevenness of their distribution takes place on the thickness of coverage. Known method of М.М.Dаvidenкоv for of determination of remaining tensions in diffusive coverages by the method of digestion difficult and requires the special equipment and corresponding chemical preparations for digestion of coverages.
Weare apply the new experimentally-calculation method of determination of remaining tensions in diffusive coverages, that includes determination of parameter of rejection of standard from rectilineal position at loading of the cantilever envisaged standard with coverage on an overhead plane and identical standard without coverage by an identical load . For the differences of bending of these standards after corresponding formulas the mean values of remaining tensions and their values were determined to the different point on the thickness of coverage.
Experimental researches of remaining tensions in diffusive layers after the ionic nitriding of steel of SHH15 in hydrogen-free environments after the different technological modes showed, that their size can be changed in wide intervals with the help of change of technological parameters of ionic nitriding. On the basis of planning of experiments analytical and graphic dependences of size of remaining tensions are got on the change of technological parameters of process of the ionic nitriding, set dependence of remaining tensions on the surface of the nitrided layer from his hardness.
