Виготовлення гвинтових гофрованих заготовок на універсальному контрольно-обкатному верстаті 5А725
Abstract
MAKING SPIRAL CORRUGATED BLANKS ON UNIVERSAL MACHINE 5A725
A. Dragan
One of the preconditions for overcoming the crisis in the national economy is the further development of mechanical engineering, which contributes to productivity, increase production efficiency, improve product quality, and requires a fundamentally new approach to creating and using highly efficient resource-saving technologies.
Despite the considerable number of scientific works that focus on the production of spiral corrugated blanks, the level of technological support in our country and abroad is not high enough, and the scientific basis for its creation does not always meet modern requirements for the material and energy consumption.
Issues related to the process of forming the screw blanks are devoted to some authors, but especially forming spiral corrugated blanks are considered sufficient.
The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for an effective process of forming helical corrugated blanks on the universal machine 5A725, which would ensure accuracy, efficiency and increased productivity.
