EFFECTIVE WAY TO CHARGE DROPS
PROTECTIVE NUTRIENT SOLUTION
G. Inozemtsev, O. Okushko
Electrical methods of recent years are to be recognized not only by the ergonomic performance, but also due to functional, are particularly favorable opportunity to provide regulation by various processes, including processes applying nourishing and protective solutions in plant crops.
The purpose of research - to develop a fundamentally new way of applying nourishing and protective solutions by artificially creating a protective layer of ionized air ˮfakelaˮ working.
Materials and methods of research. The developed technology of these solutions using an electric field corona discharge demonstrated significant promise to use it for both open and closed ground.
Results. It is known that the effectiveness of the spray in such electrotechnology determined by not only the electric charge, but the magnitude of the surface tension of solutions.
The study, which was carried out by us to measure the surface tension of working solutions (pesticide, fertilizer, nutrient solutions) and a number of surfaces of vegetables (cucumbers, carrots, onions, tomatoes) led to the following results: working solution –
20 ... 50 N×m 10-3; vegetable crops - 45 ... 75 N×m 103.
The technology of processing of crops has been widely used in crop production in many countries, such as Germany, USA, France, Japan and others. It is used to protect and feed agricultural products that would reduce the effects of various types of pests by monodisperse and uniform deposition or fueling solution protruyuyuchyh particles on the surface of the processed product, and reduces the loss of the solution during spraying.
The study, which was conducted allowed us to develop a fundamentally new method of applying protective and nutrient solutions by creating a special protective layer of ionized air torch work and design a special spray device.
The essence of the method we developed is applied to the solution of charged particles on agricultural product through artificial recharge their electric field induction method with additional air supply, charged with a solution like charges. This method determines establishment in the area of processing special protective layer of ionized air charged particles close to monodisperse aerosols (diameter 50 ... 100 mm) with sufficient energy (charge), increasing the uniformity and density of charged particles flare deposition solution on different surfaces of the treated object.
Conclusions
Using the above solutions can be applied at various stages of plant life objects (preplant treatment, cultivation, storage) and at various sites in terms of technological production, which is associated with protection (horticulture, plant growing, both in closed and in open ground). Given the compactness and simplicity of this method it can be offered especially on farms where economic effect can exceed 25 - 30% of the existing processing methods.
