Getting entomophages guaranteed quality in terms tehnotsenozu is essential for their effective use in agrobiocenosis and is a priority of Industrial Entomology. STE-molohichne represents the production system, which contains a number of interrelated processes - main, auxiliary and service. Quality entomophages represents a certain set of properties required for effective use of the target, and formed at different stages of the production process, taking into account impacts (abiotic, biotic, technology). The criteria of evaluation processes is productivity, accuracy, stability and controllability. At the same time production entomophages represents a complex dynamic system, which plays a significant role electrotechnical complex shapes managing impacts on biotech facility.
The article describes the structure of processes of production of entomophages; the structure of the electrotechnical complex of the production of the parasite Habrobracon hebetor; energy and parametric characteristics of the production of entomophages. Entomological production is a complex dynamic system control, which contains a number of interrelated processes – basic, auxiliary and serving. The main processes include dilution of the insect host, the rearing of natural enemies, quality control of natural enemies, their storage and packaging. Ancillary processes include the preparation of materials, nutrient medium, of premises, disposal of production waste, servicing – repair and adjustment of equipment, stabilization of microclimate parameters.
The structure of the electrotechnical complex includes equipment for the preparation of culture media, the optimum parameters of microclimate, distillation of caterpillar insect host, picking up the butterflies of the insect host and entomophagous adults, materials, disposal of production wastes.
Energy characteristics of the production of entomophages indicates a significant consumption of energy to maintain the optimal air temperature in the zone of growing insects.
Parametric characteristics of processes of production of entomophages contains the analysis of input, output, perturbing parameters and control parameters.
