Important for practice, but rather heavy mode for electrical machines is collaboration in autonomous system of capacities of the generator and engine, not commensurable in size, various on character of loading. It is considered that process of start-up and dispersal of the asynchronous engine with a short-circuited rotor from the generator of alternating current proceeds in the usual mode and tension failures insignificant. There is no need of compensation of jet power for the consumed engine at start-up.
Use of the synchronous generator at sharp undervoltageis compensated by consumption of big jet power for her compensation in loading and excitement of the generator. Complexity of regulation and maintenance of stability of tension is practically excluded in autonomous systems of power supply with loading in the form of heating elements or a lighting network. In these conditions loading for the synchronous generator is represented as active or active and inductive.
The developed synchronous permanent magnet generator with the magnetic shunt in the presence of tractor equipment, as the electric generator, hinged on a tractor, with the drive from a box of selection of power can provide autonomous power supply. Operation of the generator in autonomous system becomes complicated if it is about loading in the form of the asynchronous engine of various executive mechanisms to which starting currents are peculiar. Researches of synchronous permanent magnet generator with the magnetic shunt are also actual for power supply of systems of tractors and self-propelled farm vehicles, in such cases generators have to be equipped with tension rectifiers for 14 or 28 V.
Therefore research of operating modes of an autonomous electromechanical complex with the synchronous permanent magnet generator with the magnetic shunt in these modes is actual. The magnetic shunt carries out function of stabilization of tension and increase in starting power.
The studied permanent magnet generator is characterized by the following ratings: powerРн =4,0 kW, the rated phase voltage of Un =220 V, number of couples of poles р =4, the frequency of rotation of n= 1500 rpm, frequency of output tension of f= 50 Hz, material of permanent magnets NdFeBr-H-38.
As a result of the carried-out work a series of pilot studies with application of modern computer facilities (the 3 phase analyzer of quality of energy C.A.8334B) is made also the constructed main characteristics of the permanent magnet generator with the magnetic shunt for the independent power station of an agricultural complex are received.
Pilot studies of the permanent magnet generator with a winding have shown that it is expedient to use such complex as the independent power supply for agricultural machinery. As he provides wide limits of regulation of output tension at constancy of power and various options of loading (active, inductive or capacitor).
