Abstract
ENERGY RECUPERATION BY HEAT

The effective use of energy and state of environment are substantial signs for steady development of country. And although, Ukraine has considerable natural resources and unique for Europe environment, at the same time is one of most ecologically muddy countries of region, where energy resources used the least effectively. One of ways of reduction to the amount of extrass, that causes a hotbed effect, there is more effective use of energy in the systems of warm supply and using the refurbishable, alternative sources of energy. Taking into account the increase of tariffs on electric power and fuel materials, that creates the additional financial loading on the economy of our state, all greater actuality today acquires the.
Aim of researches. Analysis of features of process of energy substitution and energy efficiency of fuel materials, application of recuperation of thermal energy.
Materials and methodology of researches. Near-term of capital investments in energy-savings projects and effective management by them, more than topically for the countries of the CIS (where Ukraine enters), and in the countries of Europe such investment projects already a long ago and realized mass. In fact, just the same projects provide: quantitative economy of fuel and energy resources, quality proportion of decline of harmful extrass of SO2, NОx, СО2, aimed at energysubstituting for natural gas by the renewable bioresources of local origin. Partly decide the problem of ecological and character that arises up at the use of fossil (hydrocarbon) energy resources (for the generation of thermal energy).
From each 100 kg of fuel, that is burned, from 30 - 65 kg lost, untapped in a flue.
The researches got in the process of working of materials in relation to the use of recuperation of thermal energy in warm generator showed that for today this problem is exposed not enough and has a row of substantial defects : in smoke extrass there is a generous amount warm, that is not used; high temperature gases cause the problems of for an acco character; subzero index of output-input ratio of warm generator.
The increase of the productivity of grain of drying complex offers by us, by the use of recuperator of thermal extrass for heating of grain before drying. High temperature smoke gases are used directly in the line of production.
This method, influences on the parameters of humidity of grain (corn, soy) and provides the economy of fuel that is used for drying. KKD of grain of drying complex increases on 10 - 15%.
Conclusions
Based on the studies determined that one of the most energy intensive processes agrotechnological complexes is zernosushinnya. The rational way to solve this problem is the recovery of flue gas heat generator dryers. The use of such technology to heat advisable to grain before drying, which will provide useful heat utilization and energy efficiency will increase grain drying technology 10 - 15%.
