Особливості виготовлення обмотки статора компенсованого асинхронного двигуна
Abstract
FEATURES OF COMPENSATED INDUCTION MOTOR’S STATOR WINDING PRODUCTION
R. Chuenko
Annually in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine about 20% of asynchronous electric motors must be repaired. During realization of major repairs of asynchronous electric motors there is possibility to carry out their modernisation with the use of internal capacitance reactive power compenstion for improvement of motor’s characteristics.
Any of windings recommended for modernisation can be divided into two equal parts. In this occasion beginnings and ends of stator phase windings are located in the switch box for connecting condensers of internal capacitance reactive power compensation. Semiwindings are situated under different pairs of poles pole with displacement of the axes one in relation to other on a select angle.
Realization of internal capacitance reactive power compensation in asynchronous motors can be carried out by two methods in dependence on the accepted chart and amount of parallel branches of base machine stator winding. Taken into account thus, that in accordance with the pair amount of poles stator winding always can be divided into two identical consistently or multipled parts, thus such distribution can be executed for the machine of any power and velocity of rotation.
The first method of internal capacitance reactive power compensation in asynchronous motors based on successive connection of stator semiwindings. Thus one of them is shunted by the condenser of electric capacity. So, shunted semiwinding interchanges a reactive-power not with the network of feed, but with a condenser, the current of unshunted semiwinding diminishes as a result. The advantage of this method is reduction to the current and losses of power not only in the network of feed but also in a motor due to reduction to the current in one of stator semiwinding.
At parallel connection stator semiwindings are connected as an autotransformer on an electric capacity. Thus one of semiwindings is basic and connected on phase voltage of power network, and an additional semiwinding (as a secondary semiwinding of increasing autotransformer) can be displaced in relation to basic on an particular angle.
Modernisations with the internal capacitance reactive power compensation in asynchronous motors which allows dividing phase stator winding into two identical parts (basic and additional). Basic winding’s data is kept from base motor (diameter of wire, amount of coils in a spool and amount of effective explorers in to the slot).
Depending on the applied method of internal capacitance reactive power compensation it needs correctly connect beginning and ends of phases stator windings depending on direction of rotation stator magnetic field.
