Застосування сучасних електротехнологій в ремонтних майстернях сільськогосподарського призначення
Abstract
OF MODERN electrotechnologies a repair shop for agricultural purposes
G. Inozemtsev, O. Okushko
In production processes of agricultural production is used quite a variety of machinery and electrical equipment, efficiency and reliability which, to a large extent determined by the quality of regenerative and repair operations in workshops for agricultural purposes.
The study is an analysis of modern electrotechnologies the restoration and repair of agricultural machinery, electrical equipment, developing proposals for their use.
Materials and methods of research. Application electrotechnologies in recent years is the focus of specialists in many countries of Western Europe, USA, Japan, Ukraine, Russia and others.
Results. These electrotechnologies, first of all, should include: the use of ultrasonic vibrations for cleaning, washing, decontamination and machining materials; electrostatic application method of production of coatings on surfaces and objects of various configurations; welding technology, heat treatment using electrocontact heating, high-frequency and microwave fields and others.
The application of ultrasonic vibrations when cleaning and washing to minimize the use of manual labor, avoid organic solvents. For example, cleaning parts of tractors, cars, agricultural machines by ultrasound treatment in 5 ... 10 times reduces processing time while reducing the cost of chemicals more than 1,5 ... 2 times.
An important during restoration work in agricultural workshops take welding. The use of such technology improves the efficiency of welding 20 ... 30 %.
An important place is devoted to the treatment of quality of construction and insulation materials such as wood parts for various purposes transformer windings of motors, cables, etc., providing increased electric strength in 1,2 ... 1,5 times.
By non-destructive control methods, definitions of various internal defects in structures for various purposes are widely used ultrasonic flaw detection methods.
These areas of application electrotechnologies not exhaust all the possibilities of the operation, repair and manufacture of agricultural machinery, electrical equipment, they demonstrate the feasibility and efficacy, causing the increase of qualitative and quantitative indicators and improve productivity.
Conclusions
1. Feasibility electrotechnologies these workshops in terms of agricultural land, farmers can improve the quality of repair and restoration work in the repair of electric equipment and agricultural machinery enerhoresursozberezhennyu on the matters and improve qualitative and quantitative indicators and improve productivity.
2. The presence issue the above technology and modern means of so-called "Rigging" offers a basis for their implementation.
