Розрахунок параметрів обмотки регулювання струму зварювання
Abstract
CALCULATION OF PARAMETERS OF THE WINDING OF REGULATING OF MAGNITUDE OF THE WELDING CURRENT
M. Bragida, І. Zubkov
The transformer for welding consists of two magnetic circuits. The primary winding is reeled up on the basic magnetic circuit. It is connected to a source of electric energy. On a magnetic circuit which controls a welding strength of current, the winding is reeled up. It is connected to loading. The secondary winding embraces both magnetic circuits. It is reeled up on a primary winding and a winding of regulating of a current of welding.
The control range of a current of welding, and, hence, parameters of a magnetic circuit and regulating winding are defined proceeding from power of the device.
The control range of a current of welding depends on a loading aspect in a regulating chain. At an inductive load - the greatest, and at capacitor - the least, the current increase is possible even.
