Ukraine has enough large potential dry combustible biomass is estimated at 16 mln. Tce and can replace about 80% of natural gas consumed for the purpose of district heating. But when using the traditional technology of direct combustion of the fuel emerging factors that lead to a reduction in fuel consumption efficiency of plants, increase the toxicity of combustion products and the complexity of the operation units, namely:
- variable composition and high humidity fuel;
- a high content of chlorine, sulfur and high ash content (excluding wood);
- low temperature melting ash biofuels.
The task of research- selection of the best technical ways to use biomass as fuel in boilers, devices for analysis of gas supply in order to increase their effectiveness, determine the factors influencing the formation of the gas generator, the thermodynamic evaluation of gas generators.
The technique of definition of thermodynamic єffektivnosti biomass gasification process, taking into account a wide range of factors. The results of investigation of the effective operation of the gas generator and optimize the factors that affect its performance.
A relationship to determine the thermodynamic efficiency of the gas generator koєffitsienta under heat recirculation and gas flows, an outside heat and change of regime factors.
Based on the data compiled regression to determine the efficiency of the gasification process depending on the moisture content of biomass, excess air ratio and temperature process.
With the "steep ascent" method optimum flow conditions gasification process within the prescribed limits consideration of the problem, guaranteeing maximum efficiency setting.
