Анотація

В роботі висвітлено широке коло факторів впливу на розвиток людського потенціалу Причорноморського регіону України. Досліджено інтегральні показники впливу природних умов регіонального середовища життєдіяльності людини, забезпеченість житлом, стан медичного забезпечення та інші гігієнічні чинники та мотиватори. Особливу увагу приділено економічному розвитку регіонів, ВВП та їх інвестиційній привабливості.
